What is my estimated shipping date?

We collaborate with all of India's leading logistics partners to ensure that your jewelry is delivered smoothly and on time. Up to two - four business days can be needed to ship your order once the order has been confirmed. The deliveries are completed within 6-8 business days once your order shipped from our warehouse. Can I cancel unshipped or shipped order?

We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order. You can cancel the order yourself by logging into your account. Please let us know what caused you to cancel your order as feedback; this will help us improve in the future.

Please accept our sincere apologies if your order is delayed. Please contact us with your registered phone number/email address and order number, and we will escalate the situation to the shipping partner on your behalf.

What is return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products, no questions asked, for all unused and unworn items. If you are dissatisfied with the items you received, please contact us at and we will gladly assist you! Please keep in mind that the items must be returned in their original packaging and have not been used. After inspecting the returned items, Faira Jewelry reserves the right to process refunds. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

Can you delivered order on specific date?

We understand that you may have purchased the jewelry as a gift or that you need it by a certain date. Please keep in mind that we will do our best to deliver your orders on time, but there may be some delays in some cases. We will make every effort to deliver on a specific day or before a specific date, but these are not guaranteed services. Please fill "Add comments about your order" at checkout page and mentioned expected delivery date.

Can I change delivery address?

We can certainly change your delivery address if your order has not yet been picked up from our warehouse. Simply contact us through any of our support channels, and we will do our best to assist you! If the order has already been shipped, there isn't much we can do to change the address. If we have already shipped your order, we will call it back and send you a new package.

Is it possible to have the jewelry delivered sooner?

We already airship the majority of our orders, so you won't have to pay anything extra. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you!

I received an empty box. What to do?

We are sorry to hear you received an empty box. This can occur as a result of tampering by delivery personnel or an operational error on our end. Regardless, if you receive an empty box, please contact us as soon as possible with images of the box and your order number, and we will ship you a replacement from our end.

Can I pay online on delivery?

Most of our shipping partners accept COD payments via GPay/PhonePe, so you can instruct the delivery person to accept payment via UPI.

My order was canceled but I never called.

We're sorry to hear that your order was cancelled without your knowledge. For all COD and orders missing critical information, we reach out to customers to get a confirmation/update so we can ship their order. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we may cancel your order. However, if you still want to receive your order, please let us know and we will recreate and ship it to you again.

The coupon code is not working.

Yes, we never use nickel to plat our products, so all of our jewelry is nickel-free and skin-friendly.

What is CZ stone?

A cubic zirconia is a real cubic zirconia; however, it is not a real diamond. There are several types of stones used as diamond substitutes, but cubic zirconia is by far the most common and realistic.
Faira Jewelry only uses the highest quality CZ stones, such as Swarovski CZ or similar.

Will the color of the stone fade?

You can buy our color stoned jewelry with confidence that the colors will not fade with normal wear. Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals, and your jewelry's stones will remain as good as new!
