We work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a little longer. In this case, we will immediately notify you of the delay.
Only orders worth more than Rs. 100 qualify for free shipping.
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be notified with the shipment tracking number.
At the time of checkout, you can use our payment gateway to pay with any major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit card. At the time of purchase, payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee). The price does not include duties or taxes.
For unused and unworn items, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit). Return shipping is free only if the cost does not exceed Rs. 50 and the pin-code is covered by one of our courier partners. In the event that charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, and so on) in excess of Rs. 50 will be deducted from the customer's refund. In the event of a non-serviceable pin-code, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will be reimbursed Rs.70 for shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we do not currently offer free shipping on international returns.
Please keep the package ready and include the original invoice when returning your order. Please contact our customer service department, and we will arrange for a return shipment for you. If our logistics partner does not provide a return facility in your area, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.
